Telemarketer

We are looking for a telemarketer within our direct sales team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performance sales team. This is going to be an office based telephony role with direct client contact.

• Intermediate.
• 1-2 year working experience in any Call Center.
• Excellent persuasion and communication skills.
• IT literate with excellent knowledge of basic computing
• Knowledge of CRM software

• Dealing with Clients is the key task.
• Book appointments with customers that will lead to future sales.
• Understand and identify client needs and match products/services accordingly.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and productivity.
• Customer record management and accurate completion of all internal documentation.
• Professional representation of the Company at all times.
• Share best practice and communicate open and honestly in the workplace.
• Apply negotiation skills and ensure client solutions are of mutual benefit to all parties.
• Overcome objections by applying effective questioning techniques to understand the client's requirements.
